Winter Beauty Must-Haves: Appelles

With winter well and truly here, keeping your skin hydrated is even more important. I've suffered from eczema for my whole life - fortunately, not it isn't as severe as it used to be. This means, though, that I have to be mindful of what kind of body wash I use and every time I get out of the shower, I must moisturise. Not only that, since I pretty much murdered my hair when I used have a different pastel hair colour each month, I have to take extra care to bring it back to its former glory.

I've recently come across Appelles and here is my review on some of their goodies.

Davidson Plum Body Care

Davidson Plum is native to the rainforests of Northern Australia and is rich in antioxidants and vitamins, among other things. These potentially assist in preventing premature aging and improve the overall appearance of skin. I really love the body and hand wash because it gently cleanses without leaving my skin feeling dry. This is crucial for my skin otherwise I will end up scratching all day due to that dryness. Follow this cleansing process with the skin lotion and my skin feels smooth, soft and most importantly, hydrated.

Rosella Hair Care

This range is for people with dull hair and/or sensitive scalps. This range also contains a bunch of antioxidants via the Rosella extract as well as clove bud, mandarin essential oil and jasmine absolute. All of these ingredients assist in giving your hair shine and protecting it from daily damage. Both the shampoo and conditioner can be used on a daily basis, however, I prefer to wash my hair every three days. I have noticed that my scalp has been quite sensitive lately so this range has definitely helped soothe it.

Check out the whole Appelles range here - they have many more products for all different hair and skin types. Their stuff is amazing and you should definitely give it a try.
