Roses Cubes with Lychee Rose
Getting that special someone the perfect gift can sometimes be a difficult task. Especially when you have exhausted the typical ones like jewellery, clothes and/or perfume. You want to get them something that will make them swoon and shower you with hugs and kisses. With the holiday season upon us and Valentine's Day just a couple of months away (I know ... it's that soon), you may be running out of gift ideas - if you aren't, we need to talk and I need to pick your brain.
I've recently been introduced to the concept of rose boxes - yes, a box jam packed with roses! These beauties, from Lychee Rose (click here), are carefully arranged and available in four different colour schemes: Dolce Le Vita (red), Love Me Pink (bright pink), Willow Of Eve (pastel pink/peach), and Sky Full Of Clouds (white). You can also email them and request a customised arrangement and they will work with you to create to suit your special someone.
The arrangement I received were Willow Of Eve because, if you haven't noticed, I am currently obsessed with everything pastel pink. These rose boxes are simply stunning and so photogenic - from the roses to the packaging. Another added bonus, for those who are lazy like me, is that you don't have to move them into a vase. They are perfect the way they come and just spritz them with water every couple of days, keeping them in a dry, cool space.
Ever since I started blogging, I've been keen to support start-up businesses, especially local ones. During my lifetime, I've watched and experienced first-hand how Australia has grown from being very disconnected from the rest of the world in terms of availability of unique products - whether it be fashion or lifestyle items. Only recently have we somewhat caught up to everyone else around the globe so I feel privileged to be able to help these up and coming businesses flourish. Lychee Rose is not exception. It is a Sydney based online rose boutique (go Sydney!) and currently only delivers to Sydney metropolitan areas - however, they do have their eyes set on moving into Melbourne as well so watch their Instagram space!
